New - TOA Convolution Reverb

Version 1.1.8 of the TOA Reverb VST plugin library introduces a new convolution reverb plugin.

This is a fairly simple plugin, but quite a few people have asked for it. It needs to be provided with a WAV file containing a B-Format impulse response at up to third order.
