New Plugins: UHJ Decoding

We are releasing a small decoding plugin library, with two decoders for UHJ Stereo:

• A recreation of a historical quad decoder design, which extracts a quad signal from UHJ stereo.
• A simple plugin that recovers some first order (O1A) ambisonic information from UHJ stereo.

UHJ Stereo can be produced from O1A or O3A using plugins, and a number of commercial recordings are available. Some more information is available on the main plugin library page.
